Dinner Menu
We are delighted to present the finest version of home-style dining on Capricorn. Our on-board chef prepares each meal while cruising to ensure the freshest possible dining experience.
Our menu is simple but elegant. Sink your teeth into the menu below:
- Fresh Wild Alaskan Salmon marinated in our magic Baja Orange Seasoning or traditional lemon garlic basting.
- USDA Choice, 1 1/4" hand cut marinated Angus steaks grilled to perfection.
Each meal is served with a variety of fresh, local vegetables (when available), and a delicious potato side, such as Roasted Herb Fingerlings, or baked with all the fixin's.
Appetizers
Something to take the edge off before the main feast. We have a variety of scrumptious delights, you never know what the chef will come up with next.
Our salads are the "Best in the West." A fresh, tender spring mix with grated parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella, sliced almonds and topped with marinated cherries. Our dressings are made from scratch including Chet's Honey Mustard with Bacon to enhance the flavor of your greens.
Dessert
It's a perfect finish to a perfect day, never pass on dessert. For example, our apple pie is baked right on board. A la mode, anyone?
